Quick Sketch of the Moon's light

Last night I took notice of the light from the moon with the tree shadows, but what struck me was the reflection of the moon in the window.

 I studied the scene a little and went in and made a sketch as reference for a painting at a later date.

The Right Light

A simple shed seen in the right light can help produce a pleasing picture.
A half hour before that I did a sketch of the bird feeder but wasn't happy with it so when I saw the light on the shed I turned the bird feeder sketch on its side and painted this over it.
