Winter Fields,Tyler State Park 16x20 oil
This is one of the local parks I like painting at. It has numerous trails you can walk that take you thru different habitat from open fields to areas of woods with a creek running thru.
This is that in-between time from late winter with the last remaining patches of snow and right before spring.

I love the colours in this Pat, and the sky is full of atmosphere, maybe evening? I think you've caught the feeling of the thaw superbly. Nice work!!
I didn't catch this before, but I sure like the shapes of the reflections here...they're perfect!
